Deposits:

To reserve your spot on a trip, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your trip. Under some circumstances, if you need to cancel, your deposit may be applied toward a future KWR trip within one year of your cancellation date.

The deposit will be fully refunded only if KWR cancels the trip due to insufficient participants or other unforeseen circumstances.

Installment Payments:

Payment schedules vary by trip and typically include a deposit followed by one or two installment payments. Installment payments made prior to 90 days before the trip departure are generally non-refundable, but refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific trip. If you are considering cancelling, we encourage you to reach out to us directly at [email protected] to discuss your specific situation.

If you cancel within 90 days of your trip departure date, no refunds will be issued.

Trip Minimums and Cancellations:

Most of our trips require a minimum number of participants in order to operate. If a trip does not meet the required capacity, we reserve the right to cancel the trip. In such cases, all deposits paid will be fully refunded. We will notify affected participants as early as possible and appreciate your understanding.

Trip Cancellation Policy:

In the unlikely event that a trip must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient participant enrollment—you will receive a full refund of all trip costs paid to us.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred outside of the trip package (e.g., flights, visas, travel insurance, or personal purchases). For this reason, we strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against these situations.

Guaranteed refunds, including the deposit, will only be issued if we make the decision to cancel the trip. We are committed to continuously monitoring safety conditions in all destinations, and the wellbeing of our travelers will always remain our top priority.
